Wisdom: The Light Within

Remember, no matter what the world tells you, it is tainted by the negative vibrations that surround you at this time.

“Tainted” refers to the overwhelming fear now gripping the Earth that impacts ALL in the Earth environment. Thus much communication [or information] you receive carries a vibration that is detrimental to your health and well-being.

The only counter to this energetic vibration is the vibration of the LIGHT within you.

Do you trust me? Focus on the LIGHT. Us this precious time to improve your focus on love and remembering that you are more than your humanity—you are first a Spirit of Light and Love. Thus will the Light grow in intensity. Practice this focus. When you can see none other than me you have begun to become on the Earth who you truly are.

Then BEAM the Light outward when it has attained sufficient intensity that you can no longer contain it within you. The Heavens tremble at the blessing this will impart to the world.

This is yours to do yet I am also in the LIGHT seeking to shine on all the world. We are ONE. You are blessed in your efforts.

See the Beauty in the World

When the world seems “evil” and oppressive, that is when you can see the Light best—IF your eyes are open and your heart believes. Then you are able to see Love, and even Joy, in the world.

Can you find Love and Joy in the darker times of your life? If you are unable to find these—to SEE these—which are in truth your ESSENCE, then your eyes have been clouded by the world.

SEE DIFFERENTLY–INTENTIONALLY look for beauty in the world. It is there each day. See it. Look for it. Dwell on it. As the beauty permeates your heart and soul it will transform your seeing little by little.

Finding beauty in the world is seeing the Light that is present—that which you overlook as you go about your days seeing only difficulties, sadness, concerns, and unhappiness. Look past these—see the beauty in the world.

As you do this intentionally, your “seeing” amplifies the Light so that others may also see it—in and through you. And little by little your JOY increases. Ah, such Light that brings! The world is changed through your inner joy!

You Bring Light to the World

You have heard the Word and the Word is YOU, and ALL.

God has “spoken “ You into the world. You are the Word and you bring the Word, and the Word is LIGHT.

Do you sense the responsibility? As Jesus was sent into the world so you are also sent—not to do what Jesus did, but to do the purpose for which you were sent.

Your soul knows the purpose for your coming. Pay attention to the Soul’s guidance. It is unerring. Some may call it your “higher self.” Tune into this—the small voice you hear—and follow the path laid out for you.


Don’t fret when you stray from the path, but look to the light held up by the Angels and return to the purpose you have chosen for this lifetime

Do Not Fear—You Are The Rays of God’s Light

Words of warning, support, and the need for change are being spoken at this time to all with ears to hear. Spread the word if you hear these messages from God or from the Angels or Guides who are sent to you from God Most High.

What more can we say?

Turn from thoughts of war, hate, scarcity, anxiety, and all forms of fear. REMEMBER who you are—Children of God. You are the rays of God’s Light on the Earth. BE that Light to the world.

Do not subject your soul to the fears rampant on the earth at this time. No matter the activity around you—be it natural disaster, war, loss of home or homeland—do your best to remember you are a Child of God who sends you help in these times. Turn to the Angels that surround you. Allow them to minister to you. Rather think thoughts of peace and recovery, love and hope. Do not allow fear to overtake your soul.

In this week in America when giving thanks is a focus, put all your energies to the effort. Thoughts of gratitude/thanks will replace your worries and concerns. Devote the week time to this and begin the habit of gratitude that will encase your soul in Light, not fear.

You are LOVED and CARED FOR. We use the words with emphasis since the world often distracts you and you forget that your Father is there for you. No harm can come to you. Fear not.

A Story of Light

Barbara : Yusef began this Dictation 16 years ago by telling me that this would be a “Story of Light.” I am just beginning to understand what “Light” means. Now he tells us that his “job” and the job of his group, is to “seek to awaken those on Earth to their true reality and to the danger all are in if humankind does not make changes.”

As we have said, this is a story of Light. Love only. FEAR nothing. Remember who you are. Be carriers of HOPE. Shine the LIGHT that you ARE into the darkness. Never doubt that we are here—helping and guiding you.

We have loved the Earth also, and have enjoyed the physical experience. We will not be returning—having moved beyond the (negative) field that has trapped you.

We seek now to tell, advise, and help you to awaken to the truth. We are many—all speaking to the children of Earth who are able to hear us. Each “receiver” hears in their own way—each voice important in spreading truth and light.

Barbara—I would add that, as Yusef says, I am not the only one “hearing voices” from the heavens. And the messages being received, as I learn about others, all say much the same thing. Love, send the Light that you are to all, hold out Hope, Fear nothing, and remember you are first Spirit/Soul—a child of the Most High. Mine is but a small voice, but if you are hearing or reading it, please know that these messages are meant for you today. We must each wake up and break free of the negative energies surrounding our darkening world of violence and fear. We must claim our inheritance of Love as children of Love.

Guidance From Yusef: Reader Question

Reader Question: When people do not ascend directly into Heaven, are they being held back by their own reservations? Are they not accepting of Heavens love?

YUSEF:

Each soul that leaves the human body has many choices. It is important, however, to realize that each one is surrounded by loving beings—before as well as during, the leaving. Love is always available.

There are those who may be unwilling to fully leave the earth at first. Part of them remains attached to the earth. Connections to loved ones, or unfinished business, or great trauma can be strong, and some part of them may chose to remain closer to the earth for a time. Remember though, that the “Major Soul” of each person is always with God.

Each person’s/soul’s acceptance of Love (God) is a complex dynamic that is not  “simple,” or easy for the human mind to comprehend. Love surrounds and is always present to each person. Yet the “state” of one’s soul—that is, its openness to the Love that surrounds it—determines how it experiences that Love. We recognize this is a difficult concept and will explain further if asked.

We remind you again that your loving thoughts/prayers are beneficial to all souls who have left the earthly realm. Those who for their own reasons are not yet in the fullness of what you call “Heaven” will benefit from your love. We also love and “pray” for them.

And are these the people that show themselves to me every night?

There are some people who are “open” to seeing, like the one asking this question. Thus some souls or heavenly beings may chose these to visit. The beings/souls reveal themselves for many reasons, most of which the human mind cannot understand, but your soul may recognize them. The one asking sees, and has given them permission to come, and we suggest that he send love to all.

We advise everyone reading this, that you need not react in fear, but always send love to those beings who may visit you. You may speak to them if you wish. We caution, however, that each night before you sleep you set the intention that only beings of Light and Love may visit. None other are welcome. 

You always have the option to accept visitors or tell them they are not welcome to come to you. The boundaries you set with your intention will be respected. It may also be helpful to enlist the aid of your Angel or Guide who can be the  “gatekeeper” for you. Speak to them of your intention. They are of God and will “monitor” your visitors. Fear not.

 

Guidance From Yusef: Light and Color (continued)

YUSEF:

In the color analogy [with white representing God, or all color, and individual colors representing souls], when the color “blue” choses to merge its beauty with ALL colors, it becomes a part of WHITE (God). It never loses itself however; it remains free to be itself—feely joined with all colors and dancing within the white light of God.

There are other choices—to move toward black and be lost in the darkness is a choice. Lost is an appropriate word since the merging with blackness means being absorbed—the freedom of the color/soul to be itself is lost.

There are some persons who make this choice—little by little they move toward the darkness. (As we have said, one choice leads to the next choice.) 

The choice for a soul to enter the metaphorical darkness causes a shuddering in the Heavens. There is a loss felt that all recognize. This is a tremendous occurrence/event/happening. Abyssmal.

Yet mighty efforts continue to bring light into the darkness. When the light is allowed in, then little by little, the souls may remember themselves. This is a dynamic that requires much that you are unable to find words for or understand now. 

Remain in the Light. Grow in the Light.

Guidance From Yusef: On Light and Color

Barbara: Yusef gives us an interesting metaphor for God (white light) and we who are of God (colors within the white light). A little background from science:

White light consists of all colors in the visible light spectrum. Each color retains its hue and shade while still being a part of the Whole-White. For example, blue can be found within white. It can be seen as blue when the white light is passed through a prism, reflecting the color blue as well as all the colors (of the Rainbow).

In Yusef’s example, think of yourself as blue, or green, or red, and God as the white Light. You are still yourself, yet you are at the same time a part of the All, God.

Black on the other hand absorbs all colors. Blue loses its hue and shade when absorbed into black. No prism will reveal a color in black. It is impossible to extract a color from black. No light bounces off black.

YUSEF:

You are all indeed an intimate part of God. There are some in the Light and some yet in the darkness, and some on the continuum between light and dark.

God is an ever evolving force. God, or Pure [white] Light, is accommodating, including, and encompassing all the expressions and shades of Light. 

Think of the “color” white. It is white because it includes all colors. Each color is yet itself, and it is at the same time a part of the whole—white.

Black, or darkness, also includes colors, yet in black the colors are absorbed and are no longer themselves. Black is the absence of the incredible spectrum of color that makes up white.

Remain in the Light.

Guidance From Yusef: Positive Energy

Norman Vincent Peale had it right when he wrote in his book, The Power of Positive Thinking, that when you “change your thoughts…you change your world”.images-1

Yusef tells us to be mindful of our thoughts and actions because they affect our daily lives, but they also live forever in the Universe!!

We are also impacted by the energy of those around us—both positive and negative.  Yusef entreats us to remove “all negative thoughts and worries and doubts” in our own thinking and be aware of the energy around us. Is the energy from  friends, co-workers, and family positive, loving, and growth producing?

The sequence is important.  First be aware of your own thoughts and actions, and then begin to notice those around you.

The more positive (thoughtful and considerate) energy we can generate, the more those around us will be impacted.  It’s worth the effort, and it begins with each of us.

YUSEF:

THINK CAREFULLY. ACT WITH THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION and with the knowledge that your actions will impact now and forever all in the Universe. This seems improbable and impossible. Actually it is a fact and worthy of your attention.

You and your body are reacting constantly to the thoughts and actions in your environment. All affects all. 

REMOVE ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND WORRIES AND DOUBTS. Live only in love and in the light. It is most important, and worth the effort to remove negativity from your own thinking and action—and from your environment.

BE MINDFUL OF THE ENERGY SURROUNDING YOU. Remove yourself from negative or draining energy. Place yourself within energy fields that support your growth.


 

Guidance From Yusef: A Time of Peace Comes

Yusef has given us volumes on Light and Love and its importance for ourselves and for the world. But now he is showing us what the results of sharing it will be!

It is up to each of us to bring our Light of Love into the world–that will result in the Peace Yusef describes. Join me in making it our conscious mission for today and for this New Year:

To be more loving, more open to the Christ Light within, more hopeful, more accepting, more conscious of our Oneness with all that is, more AWAKE and AWARE. To look past the illusion that the world gives us to the true reality that is God With Us (Emmanuel).

I continue with The Coming Times predictions. This one excites me at the deepest level, thinking of the peaceful possibilities for our terribly troubled world.

YUSEF:

In the coming time is the PEACE that is already overwhelming those who have awakened. These will know great joy, and will build joy upon joy.  Peace will be the foundation from which will come:

  • first appreciation,
  • then gratitude,
  • then joy, and
  • overwhelming Love.

In that Love will the potential flower/blossom.   In that Love will a new era exist.  This era will move humanity forward in an evolution as yet unseen–exponentially beyond what has been known.

In that era will those awakened delight in generative activity, moving humankind forward. 

In that time will peace prevail.

In that time the children born will also move humankind forward in ways not seen before.

In that time will nations come together.  The world will indeed recognize that it is one community.

 The strong will be those seeking peace, greater communication, and openness to all cultures and peoples.
