Choose Happiness

Blessings. We resume.

It may surprise you, but YOU choose the state of your own happiness—always! Happiness is your choice. Many do not grasp or understand this—looking rather to BLAME others or circumstances for their state of unhappiness.

The choice is ALWAYS yours. You do not want to acknowledge this, for that would mean that YOU are responsible for your emotional state. There would be no one to blame.

Why did you choose the emotion or feeling you are experiencing now?

Can you answer the question without placing any blame? Difficult. You would like to think your emotions/feelings were CAUSED by something or someone outside yourself, when in reality as you say, you have CHOSEN that feeling. Yes, it was your response to something outside yourself that occurred, however, you had a RANGE of responses you could have chosen rather than the one you are now feeling.

You have the freedom—the free will—to choose everything in life, including your feelings. But you have been “responding” for so long thinking another has caused them (feelings) that you have forgotten the great freedom you have. 

Why do you choose unhappiness when JOY is yours. Anger over peace? Worry over trust?

Do not allow others or situations dictate what or how you feel. You are free to choose. And each choice makes up your life.

Choose happiness. Choose hope in the midst of fear, and peace in the midst of chaos. Simply make the CHOICE and then you are FREE.

Guidance From Yusef: We Are Here To Offer You Guidance, Part 1

Yusef:

Tell those who can hear that we care for the Earth and those on the Earth more than anyone realizes. We act continuously to remind you of the most beneficial path for each [of you] which in turn works to help all.

Humans have a freedom of choice-making that you call “free will.” It is this that allows humans to hear us or dismiss us.

If only all realized that we can see the most beneficial path for you through this lifetime—the choices at each turn that are best for you as well as coincidentally, others.

No one acts independent of others while on the Earth. Every action, or choice, affects many. Think of the ripples caused by one stone thrown in a pond. 

You might take time today to be aware of each choice you make. Think of its effect on you and others. EVERY action/choice sends ripples out that influence all [people and events] in your environment, which then continues to ripple out beyond your field, city, town, country. Let your mind wander to the infinite possibilities your actions may cause.

All impacts all. Even your choice of THOUGHTS—positive or negative—impacts. Thus we whisper to you constantly, guidance for the actions that will be most beneficial to you and the world.

Listen. Hear us. We are love and want only good. 

We speak to each of you. All of you are guided to the “best” path through this life. It is your choice to hear us or disregard us. Pay attention. Listen. Hear. Then make your choice. We love and care for you.

Guidance From Yusef: Purpose and Path

After a long absence I begin again.
And so I asked: If “God has a plan” how is it that our thoughts and feelings influence and even create our lives? That we can seem so far away from our purpose and plan?

Yusef:
What you call God’s Plan is the plan you participated in at the beginning–your PURPOSE and PATH. When your thoughts and feelings align with these then all things work for good.

Your subconscious is aware of the Path set out for you, yet it does not over-ride your free will in the human, for this is the human world and is in charge here. Your will is carried out as you order it.

When you are aware of this dynamic interchange you are able to connect the subconscious to the conscious that allows you to be more aware of your Path and Purpose on the Earth and follow it as you will. It is all your choice.

Guidance From Yusef: Our Purpose and Free Will

This post is for those who are concerned about what some refer to as PREDESTINATION.

I asked the question.  “What of free will then?  Why don’t we just come to this Earth and do our PURPOSE, the Life Plan that we laid out?”  Yusef has a sense of humor about that.

YUSEF:

Ah, what fun would that be? “Free will” is the Soul’s challenge to itself.  It is the individual’s opportunity.  which-way-to-goThe life path is for individual souls but it is SO much bigger–acting and interacting with so many others.  Intricate are the plans, as in a puzzle, each piece important to the next. 

Free will then tests each soul to grow with its own choices. Each choice does of course affect the whole/the plan. However free will is a “bonus”, an opportunity for Soul to be present to the world in a way that is only possible in each choice moment. The potential for Soul growth in these choice moments is phenomenal.

The Life Path is intricately designed to benefit the Soul and Humankind.  Each [person] has an impact on the path of course, but great is the consequence for the Soul. No choice is totally independent of others, but the Soul impact and potential to grow comes in each choice made.

Following the will of God, that is actually your will, or Life Path, reaps benefits worthy of a king or queen. This path, laid out with great care and consultation, fulfills the purpose for which each has come into the lifetime. Far reaching are the benefits. Doing the will of God, or following your Life Path, blesses all more than you can imagine. 

Guidance From Yusef: Purpose and Choice

Each of us has chosen this critical time in history to be born into the world.  We have an opportunity and responsibility to achieve our own Soul’s purpose, but we also have a special opportunity to help move our world from chaos to peace. It all depends on the choices we make each moment. It’s all about our choices…. And it’s nice to know that there are no “wrong” choices.  Takes the pressure off a little!  (I’ll bet you might have a question or two about that last idea!)

YUSEF:

Awareness is helpful and would be important to cultivate.  The power of the Universe is in each one.  Know this without doubt.  Do not resist this idea or try to understand or make sense of it.  Interactivity, not interdependence, is a key idea.  All paths interact, some at closer proximity.

It is not important that each knows the details of the choices made.  It is important that the choices have charted a path and each choice made creates the path set out.  Wilderness hikers experience this as each step moves them forward toward an unseen destination, each step creating a new energy in its interactions with the environment.

Each choice leads to the next.  What most do not yet realize is that there is light provided to determine the way.  Most are not aware of it.  There are many ways to see the light—all do not have the same experiences.

Any step taken becomes the “right” step.  There is no right or wrong.  Let go of the idea of “right and wrong”.  Options are presented which are accepted or not.  [But] when the step, or choice made, and it is congruent [aligned] with the STATE* of the person, then all is advantage and growth.  The state of the person, then, becomes a contributing factor to the growth, or evolution, experienced as a result of the choice.

(*The state of a person involves beliefs, ideals, values, principles, etc.  When the choices we make align with our beliefs and principles, then Yusef tells us there is opportunity for growth and living out our purpose.)
