Guidance From Yusef: Evolving Toward Love

Yusef tells us that now is a good time for evolution of the human race toward a more peaceful planet, and away from war. Growth toward the realization that we are all in this together and away from the sense of separation caused by borders, languages, nationalism, and religions. Growth toward the awareness of our interdependence with the Earth and awareness of its increasingly fragile state.

Yusef tells us that this is an optimal time, a window of opportunity, to move forward, and many in the Heavens are eager to help us through it.

The potential for humankind to evolve at this time is great. There gather a significant number now [on Earth] whose vibrational level moves forward the evolution of humankind. Come together. Support each other, so that vibrations might increase in the encounters.

There are those working on your plane and on ours to encourage movement and increase the acceleration. And so we are increasingly eager to share what will cause us all to be aware of our ONENESS. Our joy and love increases as the joy and love of one soul increases.

To you and others it may SEEM that we are disconnected from each other. That is far from truth. We have always been and will always be connected and the bond is stronger than you can understand. We are ONE though many. Interdependent. Interconnected. All a part of All That Is. It serves us all to move forward.

 

Guidance From Yusef: Positive Energy

Norman Vincent Peale had it right when he wrote in his book, The Power of Positive Thinking, that when you “change your thoughts…you change your world”.images-1

Yusef tells us to be mindful of our thoughts and actions because they affect our daily lives, but they also live forever in the Universe!!

We are also impacted by the energy of those around us—both positive and negative.  Yusef entreats us to remove “all negative thoughts and worries and doubts” in our own thinking and be aware of the energy around us. Is the energy from  friends, co-workers, and family positive, loving, and growth producing?

The sequence is important.  First be aware of your own thoughts and actions, and then begin to notice those around you.

The more positive (thoughtful and considerate) energy we can generate, the more those around us will be impacted.  It’s worth the effort, and it begins with each of us.

YUSEF:

THINK CAREFULLY. ACT WITH THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION and with the knowledge that your actions will impact now and forever all in the Universe. This seems improbable and impossible. Actually it is a fact and worthy of your attention.

You and your body are reacting constantly to the thoughts and actions in your environment. All affects all. 

REMOVE ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND WORRIES AND DOUBTS. Live only in love and in the light. It is most important, and worth the effort to remove negativity from your own thinking and action—and from your environment.

BE MINDFUL OF THE ENERGY SURROUNDING YOU. Remove yourself from negative or draining energy. Place yourself within energy fields that support your growth.


 

Guidance From Yusef: Three Injunctions

It has been many years since Yusef first gave me what I call the Three Injunctions. (Dictionary def of injunction: An authoritative warning or order.)

They came out of nowhere, as Yusef’s messages often do. They were very clear and authoritative, but came with no further explanation or instruction.  I guess I was supposed to understand them right away, but I must confess that it has taken me years to learn their meaning for my life.

There are only six words, but they are very powerful and life changing and I share them now with you.

The Three Injunctions:

Pay Attention

The Divine speaks through every person, event, circumstance, and place in your life.  Nothing is coincidence.  Once God has your attention you can receive the messages of love and guidance the Heavens have to offer you.

See Differently

Get past the filters of bias, prejudice, and the old stories you carry from childhood and religious teachings in order to see every person, event, place, etc. through the eyes of the Soul.

See without judgment of any kind.  See only with compassion, wisdom, understanding, and love.

Take Nothing

How many possessions/things do you need?  How many do you want?  How many can you live without?

What stories, or hurts, or memories from the past are you still carrying with you?

Let go of the past.  Let go of what no longer serves you.

NOTE:  These six words have been a guide for my soul growth, but their depth and meaning must be discovered by each person within their own life.  I wish you blessings on your journey!

 

 

 

Guidance From Yusef: A Time of Peace Comes

Yusef has given us volumes on Light and Love and its importance for ourselves and for the world. But now he is showing us what the results of sharing it will be!

It is up to each of us to bring our Light of Love into the world–that will result in the Peace Yusef describes. Join me in making it our conscious mission for today and for this New Year:

To be more loving, more open to the Christ Light within, more hopeful, more accepting, more conscious of our Oneness with all that is, more AWAKE and AWARE. To look past the illusion that the world gives us to the true reality that is God With Us (Emmanuel).

I continue with The Coming Times predictions. This one excites me at the deepest level, thinking of the peaceful possibilities for our terribly troubled world.

YUSEF:

In the coming time is the PEACE that is already overwhelming those who have awakened. These will know great joy, and will build joy upon joy.  Peace will be the foundation from which will come:

  • first appreciation,
  • then gratitude,
  • then joy, and
  • overwhelming Love.

In that Love will the potential flower/blossom.   In that Love will a new era exist.  This era will move humanity forward in an evolution as yet unseen–exponentially beyond what has been known.

In that era will those awakened delight in generative activity, moving humankind forward. 

In that time will peace prevail.

In that time the children born will also move humankind forward in ways not seen before.

In that time will nations come together.  The world will indeed recognize that it is one community.

 The strong will be those seeking peace, greater communication, and openness to all cultures and peoples.

 

Guidance From Yusef: A New Era Dawns

images-24I bring in the New Year with a series of messages from Yusef that tell of an era of PEACE that is (potentially) coming.  This peaceful time depends, however, on all of us awakening to the understanding that we are LIGHT and LOVE–that we are all ONE in God.

Yusef is telling us in this message that we are powerful when connected to Source/God.  That the heavens have opened a window to pour out grace and help to the Earth.  It’s time to come together in “gratitude and awareness”.  It’s time to trust that we are “bigger” than our human nature, that we are indeed an expression of God upon this Earth.

We have each chosen to be on the Earth at this time–a very exciting time.  It is ours to be Love and Light today, aware and awake to the presence of God in every moment of our living.

YUSEF:

The old ways are dying.  Move forward—letting go of the old.  A new era dawns. 

This is a time for gratitude and awareness.  The Earth community MUST recognize the ONENESS.  It is beneficial to work toward oneness.  In this coming together many will be saved.  In the coming together is the power needed.

Remember LOVE is the greatest power, the direct connection to Source/All/One.  LOVE.  Open hearts.

We speak now of the potential of humanity evolving ever forward.  In joy do we speak of this.  As the trees evolve from a tiny seed so also is the potential of humankind capable of great evolution.  Windows are opening for this to occur. 

Coming together assists in this movement forward.  Those unable to make the leap will require assistance.  Thus is it important that all voices be heard.  Ringing out with truth–each to each resounding into the Universes.

The heavens are opening that information might flow back and forth.  Information includes love and assistance as well as direct communication.  The portals are available as never before.  This is necessary to save humanity and the Earth.  The connections are intimate.

The power inherent in each living thing speaks to the Source of all, All That Is. This power, potential in many yet untapped and unrealized, is more than you could ever imagine.  The extent of YOU is beyond measure, extending into space and time in ways and lengths you cannot imagine in the current time bound and space bound existence you exist in.  In remembering who you are you have a small sense of this power.  And yet once sensed, it is often rejected as impossible, not real, too frightening.  It is rationalized away as you say.

We speak of this power at this time because it will be critical to access the potential that is you. 

Guidance From Yusef: Pay Attention. Be Light for Others

Yusef begins this message reminding us that God is with us.  So often in our busy and often stressed lives we lose sight of that fact.  We think we are going it alone, that there are no other resources available to us.

Yusef says that there are dark forces on the Earth that we need to pay attention to, but at the same time to remember that we are LIGHT and there is nothing to fear.  God is with us always. That might be hard to remember for those who have lost a job, or declared bankruptcy, or are experiencing an illness, or are still cleaning up after a “superstorm” weather event.

It is in the darker times that we can look to those who continue to trust and shine their LIGHT through the darkness for us all to see.  They give us all HOPE!  They remind us that we, too, are children of the light.

Shine on through whatever you are experiencing today!  Remember you are LIGHT, connected to the Source and Power of Love, and you are never alone. We have God’s assurance that the “power of LOVE prevails”.

YUSEF:

The warnings have been given.  Pay attention to that which you know.  God is One.  All are of God.  God is All.  In all the Universes, in all the ‘places’, in all the heavens, God IS.  The power and wonder are beyond the beyond.  And yet God Is.  In Love, Light and merciful Goodness, God is.

Yet there are forces beyond the goodness.  Beware the darkness.  Remain in the Light.  Sense keenly when darkness nears.  Fear nothing, yet be aware.  Eliminate any inkling/semblance of fear.  The power of Love prevails.

images-3The world darkens before the Light may pierce its force.  And yet Light is the visible sign of Love present.  Light cuts through the darkness and shines upon the contrasting dark. 

The darkness allows the Light to be seen by those who need encouragement to remember the Light.

Thus is love, ofttimes a tiny spark, yet that spark shining forth is unstoppable if allowed to “beam” forth.

Guidance From Yusef: The Coming Times—A New Era

In Oct  of 2008 I received this message that is still relevant for today.  There is one thing about heavenly guidance—we are not given an exact time frame.  We have a need as humans to know the time frame for these things, but in Heaven there is no time.  We can recognize, however, that the words in this message were true in 2008 and are still true today.

 YUSEF: 

The world is on a precipice.  Decisions are imminent.  The outcomes determine the future of the Earth.  We come to share love and LIGHT with those of Earth.  We come to remind people of the power of LOVE, the direction of LIGHT.

The Universe shares in the physical experiences.  Emanations coming from Earth at this time warn of potential for catastrophic events.  “Percolating” is a close concept.  The Earth’s emanations reveal a negative percolating.

Now we join with many in bringing the presence of Love to the Earth plane awareness.

Thus enters in a new era.  Thus will the earth be blessed as many AWAKEN.

And out of the midst, ONE.

Coming forward now is the time beyond understanding when many will seek that which is beyond understanding.  Seeking to move forward, many will come.  Welcome these with open arms of love. The souls seeking at this time are being called [by God] to awaken.   

 

 

 

Guidance From Yusef: Unwavering Faith, Joy, and Peace in The Coming Times

A theme of hope in the face of the reality of the times is emerging as Yusef dictates on this topic.  We must respond “in unwavering faith and joy and peace”, and in the confidence that we are not alone, but instead have Divine assistance that will enable us to persevere.

Ready for that which is coming.  Strength is in unwavering faith and joy and peace.  And in these are blessing.

Joyfully prepare. Remember the peace beyond peace. Practice this. Fear nothing. Teach this way of God Most High.  That in LOVE is all power and peace and joy.  The Love beyond love.

Peace in all things, at all times.  Practice this.  Share this with all.  That in the peace God may be heard/felt/realized.  That in the peace is the way recognized and the secrets told.  That in the peace the way can be seen.

This peace may be transmitted/beamed from person to person—contagious as you say.  This peace becomes the scene, the frame, the potential within which grows awareness.  And from which truth is shared.  Unseen, truth is beamed within the mantle of peace.

Going forth from the emanations of peace are the pathways opened for those to come to God.  Thus are blessings rained down.  Peace.

We are urged to “practice peace”.  This is a powerful message to act from a place of deep trust and faith in the face of all eventualities.  We are to go to the “peace beyond peace”, that inner connection to the source of Love where there is no fear.  I asked Yusef to explain the term, “beyond” used in this transmission when he referred to wonder, joy, and peace.

The words used are an indication of the concept conveyed but do not reach the total “thought”.  Look to the indication, the signpost, to see the fullness of the concept.  The glimmer is an indication of the intensity.  It is NOT the intensity.

The peace we can experience as humans is merely the signpost.  It is a glimmer of the true peace that is of God.  We are to connect then to the Source and in that connection experience the peace of soul.

 

Guidance From Yusef: A Personal Note

Barbara: I have been encouraged to post this personal addition to the previous post:

I think I was forever changed when I realized for the first time that I have total power over my life. I had created my own life. God gave me the total freedom to do that. Free will! Wow! Life changing.

Oh, but then it followed that I was responsible for what my life looked like. I had no one to “blame” but myself. Ouch! That was a time of letting go of what I call “circling the wagons and pointing the guns (of blame) out”.  I love that image.  I had no one left to blame for my life circumstances–not my parents, my lack of money or time, my boss or co-workers, my spouse or children, or even my ancestors.  My life was the result of the responses, the choices, that I had made to life, one by one, throughout the years.

So I started looking at how I was responding to the people and events in my life, and what I was attracting to myself by those very responses. I began to see that when I was angry I found fault in those around me, and plenty of opportunities to be angry; when I was dissatisfied with where I was or what I had, I found a greater need for possessions or people; when I was judgmental then everyone and everything in my life needed to be fixed or changed.  Psychologists would call that “projection”.  I was projecting into the world and into my life who I was within myself!

Once I began to awaken and to take responsibility for my choices, something else happened. My ego began to act out. The ego comes with our human nature, but it is not our friend. It is jealous, deceitful, judgmental, protective of itself, and likes to live in the past or the future, and fret about both. It tells us to be afraid–that others and the world are out to get us, and that we must protect ourselves. It says we are not worthy, have many flaws, aren’t competent, are too fat, short, tall, etc.  My ego, in an attempt to retain control, went into “blame and shame” overtime.

By then it was too late, however.  I had discovered the truth.  I was in charge of my life, co-creating it with God each day.  If I wanted my life to change in any way I was the one who had to change it. If I had allowed the ego defenses that I had built up, then I could also supervise their tearing down.

That looking at the reality of myself led to the discovery of my Soul…that incredible, wonderful, True Self of me. And once I realized who I truly am–a spiritual being living in a human experience–well, everything changed. The True Self, or Soul nature, is non-judgmental, open, joyful, loving, and best of all, fearless. It doesn’t know anxiety, anger, unworthiness, blame or shame. It is the divine nature of us–the DNA of God. Which is why we can call God, Father.  And oh, the freedom I felt with the discovery of that truth!! I had experienced a glimpse of Heaven.

I began to be more aware of, and live out of, my Soul nature rather than my ego. I am still human, of course, and go back and forth between ego and Soul, but I have tasted the love, joy, and reality of my connection to the Divine Oneness, and I am aware of who I really am.  Now my challenge (and yours) is to live that out–to BE love, joy, and hope in the world more and more every day.

Guidance From Yusef: Awaken to Who You Really Are

In an earlier post Yusef told us:

Our intent is to encourage the AWAKENING of all Souls to LOVE during the Earth time! This benefits all Souls.  Awakening to LOVE allows that LOVE to bless all. As each one awakens, ALL are blessed in ways that are unimaginable to you now.

The reasons so many go through the day mindlessly, without thinking, are many, but in the simplest term, it is because many are ASLEEP:

  •  to what is really going on around them
  • to their own divine True Self, the Soul,
  • to their own actions, and perhaps more importantly,
  • to the motivations behind their actions.

This unawakened nature allows people to go through the world in a comfortable, status quo-like daze.  Though full of fear over their past and future issues and concerns, they move forward day-to-day fully believing that this is the “norm” for life on Earth.

And so it is for many.  The days go by filled with work, child or elder care, studies for school, or some other activity that we think is our lot or duty in life, while the person is robotically unaware of the unseen world, or the truth about themselves.

The truth is that our Soul, our Divine DNA, is who we are.  We are not our job, our status in the community, or even the body that we wear on this Earth.  To begin to know our True Self (Soul) we must get past the ego personality that we THINK is the real us, and its defenses of pride, judgment, rationalization, and fear.  We need to WAKE UP to our inherent goodness, our ultimate worthiness, and our oneness with the God of Love!

It does help to realize that we are the ones “authorizing” the barriers to awareness; we are the ones who allowed them to go up, and it is only we who can supervise their tearing down. Yusef says, You authorize the forces within you that keep you from Soul communication.  They hold no power apart from that which is given them.

Getting to know yourself is the greatest and most important work you can do in this lifetime.  Not easy of course.  No great discovery is easy.
