Guidance From Yusef: Out of Wholeness

Barbara: This is the beginning of a longer message which I will post in the coming days. Bite sized pieces to be pondered….

YUSEF: There are some who can hear us, as the one who writes this. There are others who see us. These have no extraordinary “powers.” The have merely opened to allow God’s presence, in whatever way God has chosen to be present. Seeing or hearing is not going beyond the human. In your humanness you continue to be the YOU who sees and hears.

They have not “crossed over” to the Heavens. The Heavens are present to all now! You are on the Earth, and yet also still a part of the Heavens. There is more to YOU than you can realize from the limited human perspective. Discover that YOU ARE—in the fullness of human and Soul divinity. Nothing is separate. It is wholeness.

Out of wholeness you projected a body which continues to be a part of, while yet a projection, the whole. There is no separation.

Guidance From Yusef: We KNOW You

The scenarios you devise to frame the lives you are living allow for the perfect circumstances for your Soul’s purpose to be accomplished. This is one factor. Likewise, the personality you wear is perfect for your purpose.

What you have chosen to do, or work through, or learn, can only be done for your Soul in the life and personality you have chosen.

Remember you are not alone. So many think they are alone. If they could only realize how the Heavens are intimately connected.

We KNOW you. We UNDERSTAND you. We HEAR you. We LOVE you. And we are here to assist you in what you have chosen to accomplish in this lifetime.

Guidance From Yusef: You Are Limitless Love and Joy

True reality is beyond your human understanding. Give up the “imaginings” of your limited human mind regarding the afterlife. The now moment as you say, is the only moment. The pictures you create regarding the next life are only that—your finite creation.

Know only this. Raise the frequency of your vibration to love, joy, compassion, and acceptance, and all will be well.

Come to know yourself as love only—capable only of love. Let go of all else. “Be still and know God” within as your true self. You are limitless love and joy, subject to no true limits.

The separate human self of course does face the limits imposed by the thinking that you are separate. Look to Jesus who lived a human existence, yet at no time was separated from the Father.

Guidance From Yusef: Grandeur of the Divine

Barbara: Today you we get another glimpse of the grandeur of the Divine–God, Yahweh, Source. It might be helpful as you read to remember the idea of the “frequency of vibration”.

  • High frequency=Love, Joy, Compassion, Acceptance, etc.
  • Low frequency=Blame, Shame, Anger, Guilt, Fear, etc.

It is also helpful today for each of us to try to live in the higher frequencies in order to bring more LIGHT and HOPE to a world whose Light is dimming.

YUSEF:

The cosmos/universe/heavens are far beyond your present understanding. In fact, the grandeur is also beyond our full understanding. We “know” of it only in knowing, not in experience as you say. Those who are in the full experience of the Godhead (for want of a better word), are so beyond in LIGHT ENERGY that it would not be possible to move from that Light to be present at a lower frequency. In that existence there is such a great ONENESS that “individuals” no longer exist.

From that Oneness flows the energy (you may call it Love) to sustain all the life in all the Universes. This unimaginable Oneness, or Source, calls to each of us to join it. It is the “Father,” as you say.

In the Heavens (all of) you find the place which matches your vibrational frequency, or the LIGHT your Soul can tolerate. There are indeed “many rooms,” as you say.

The potential exists for both high and low frequency vibration. It is always life’s choice. You are JOY at the depths of your being. Access it and bless your world and all the Heavens.

Guidance From Yusef: Hearing Heaven’s Helpers

Barbara: I have been “hearing” the voice(s) of what I call God’s Helpers—Angels and Spirits—for many years. After my initial skepticism and doubt I finally accepted and trusted in faith that the messages I was hearing were not from me, but from God.

I would encourage you also to open to your Helpers. They are there for you and are speaking to you constantly—guiding, encouraging, and supporting your efforts to follow your Path to God. What an incredible blessing and gift!!

YUSEF:

There are many in the Heavens who wish to speak. Their voices are yet unheard (by humans). There is no “trick” to hearing. Only open to the possibility that there are others—you call them Spirits or Angels—who are present to you ALWAYS! 

It does require a belief, a trust. Some call that faith.

We exist in the Heavens yet are also present to the Earth. There is no VEIL for us. It would however, require a great deal of energy for us to be present to the human seeing. Thus we do not show ourselves in the physical world except in extraordinary circumstances.

You may see us with your intuition/imagination—your faith that God has sent us to you. Your Spirit/Soul knows us. It is your intuition which allows the human and Soul to come together to sense our presence, to “see” us with your mind’s eye. 

The ones most present on the Earth you call Angels. Greet them as you would a friend, and call on them to help you. They are but some of the many [of us] eager to be of assistance to you on your Earth journey. 

 

 

Guidance From Yusef: The Kingdom of God

The “Kingdom” as you say, is a concept mostly misunderstood by humans. Supposing a transplant of Heaven onto the Earth would not explain what you are looking for.

The Kingdom is not an outside-in job. [They Smile.] It is indeed coming directly from WITHIN. Welling up as memory and truth—the light that guides.

Thus it is already WHO YOU ARE and yet its presence is blocked on the Earth plane until, like the seed [mustard seed] it is able to break out of the barriers created by the human condition.

Thus you become aware as you remember Home and Who you are and allow the conditions which will nurture the growth of the Kingdom—first within you and then through you, to the world.

This allowing of the Kingdom of God to be present to the world demands you return to the ‘world’ of Adam and Eve. The time of:

  • TRUST
  • OPENNESS
  • CHARITY
  • CHILD-LIKE LOVE AND FAITH
  • LIVING IN THE PRESENCE OF A LOVING GOD
  • UNDERSTANDING THE REALITY OF ONENESS WITH ALL—IN THE HEAVENS AND ON THE EARTH.

 

Guidance From Yusef: Gratitude

Gratitude is the gateway to the Heavens and opens the heart like none other. 

When you express deep gratitude the heart opens in a connection to God that allows blessings (that are continually pouring forth) to be accepted into your life. Just a small heart opening changes the human condition to allow the divine within you to manifest/bring forth the blessings into your life and into the world.

The positive energy pouring forth in reciprocal communion of gratitude has the ability to counter the negativity present in your world.

Give thanks with JOY which amplifies the gratitude.

Guidance From Yusef: Happiness is Your Natural State

Do you find happiness in all you do? Or are you frustrated, angry, fearful, feeling out of control or helpless sometimes?

Happiness is your natural state as a “child of God,” and another word for that state is peace. Whatever diverts you from being happy and peaceful is the ego and its deep seated fears.

As humans we RESIST what causes us negative emotion. We often want what IS to be different than what it IS. We want the sick child to be well; the betrayal to be loyalty; the lost job to be ours again; the harsh words against us to be kind words. But the child is sick, the betrayal happened, the job is no longer mine, and the words were harsh. We want it all to be different than what it IS. We resist what IS. And that takes a lot of energy!

So, if you really want to live in happiness (and it’s totally worth it!) here are some steps to take:

The set-up: Someone does or says something that causes you emotion. Or an unsettling event or circumstance occurs causing emotion. Go to Step One.

1. Simply NOTICE the EMOTION you feel (without judging yourself).

Hmmm.  I’m feeling–Anger, sadness, frustration, helplessness, critical, judgmental, fear about the future, worried, etc.

2. Ask–WHY am I feeling this emotion? What is going on in ME that causes this response?

Am I hurt? Disappointed? Scared? All alone? Don’t have control over this? Helpless? Etc

3. Go Deeper (or skip to Step 4): Ask WHY do I have that response? What fear has been triggered within me?

Is my pride injured? I am always ‘right’; has that been questioned? Has  a childhood fear of mine kicked in? Has an inner ‘rule’ of mine been broken by another? Have my fears around security been triggered? Etc.

4. Let your resistance to the person or situation go. Let it be what it is. Accept it. Surrender your emotion and your resistance to God. You should feel a lightness if you are able to let it go–an inner PEACE!!

NOTES:

~It all is what it is. I cannot change what IS. My happiness depends on my acceptance of this.

~There are no problems. It is only a “problem” when I make it one. It is my choice to look at things differently.

~Everyone has a reason for what they do. (And it’s none of my business.:))

~The only one I have control over is MYSELF. My peace and happiness are my choice. I can chose to try to control people and events in my life OR I can chose peace and happiness and leave the rest to God who cares for all.

~I cannot know what God is asking of another, or how God is working in their life. I can only know God in my own life.

~Happiness and peace are my natural state because I am of God.

Guidance From Yusef: Not Knowing

I am more than aware of the wonder of what is NOT KNOWN.

Bigger—and so much MORE than the known.

So foolish to think there is a chance of understanding.

Words mean nothing at the heart of it. Words from the thinking mind attempting to make sense when there is no sense to be made.

This not alone in reaction to recent events, but a pervading truth. That ‘sense’ is made at a level beyond my human understanding. That this human dance has purpose.

There is comfort in that. A confident trust that LOVE is yet the greater.

This allows my heart to open to what is held in silent knowing—the beyondness that words cannot touch.

Guidance From Yusef: A Dangerous Time

Greetings to all. This message has a tone that feels serious and important to me. I share it with you now because you, the readers of this blog, are awake. But it is becoming more difficult for you and me to stay focused on love and light as the world darkens.

We are only asked to do what we do—love those around us, care for those who need us, stay positive in our word and action, pray or meditate or do whatever it is you do to connect with the Divine, and continue to bring Light into this darkening world.

YUSEF: Humans have begun to have their attention and awareness clouded. There is so much negativity on the Earth that it is consuming time, attention, and energy. It is easy to distract.

The messages coming from this negativity take so much energy that there is not enough energy left to focus in a more positive direction. These are signs. Signs to cause great concern.

Many are being lulled to sleep now. They are losing the ability to see the way clearly. Hypnotized by evil. It comes in a way that is difficult to see as such. 

AWAKEN!! Look to those pointing in another direction. Pray, meditate, keep your focus on care for others, compassion, love, joy, and hope. These will bring your energy and vibration back to the Light. This will help you and the world to see more clearly. Remain in the Light!

This is a dangerous time. Be cautious. Evil is having its day. Continue to be mindful of what comes through your gate. Raise your antennae, as you say, to be able to discern good from evil. Your focus must remain on Love.

The Angels and all the Heavens are here to assist.
